中文课程简介

这门课程引导学生探索科幻小说中体现的文化、美学、知识型方面的转变。在现代中国思想史的脉络里考察这个文类的演变。课程向学生介绍中国科幻的三次兴盛期，都是在中国经历巨大变革时期出现的现象。课程探讨新浪潮科幻具有先锋性质的文学实验，也研究科幻小说中的跨界，其中引起的一系列感性体验，包括从似曾相识到崇高，从肉身到虚拟现实，从末日想象到超越体验。

英文课程简介

This seminar guides students to explore the cultural,aesthetic,andepistemological changes represented in Chinese science fiction. It contexturalizes the genre's evolution in the intellectual history of mordren China. The course introduces students to three booms of Chinese science fiction,which all happened when China went through grastic changes.This course examines the cutting-edge literary experiments that characterize the new wave,and studies the transgression in science fiction that evokes sensations ranging from the uncanny to the sublime,from the corporeal to the virtual,and from the apocalyptic to the transcendent.
