本课程向学生介绍在不断变化的文化语境中与博物馆功能相关的关键词、理论与论争。博物馆会讲故事。我们将看一下西方博物馆在吸引受众方面特别成功的一些案例。案例包括英国博物馆与作为规模较大的国家博物馆例证的塔特艺术博物馆，我们也会看看2017年在诺丁汉城堡博物馆举办的列昂纳多·达芬奇的展览，思考一下为什么小一些的地区性博物馆也能够讲故事！

英文课程简介

This course introduces students to key concepts, theories and debates regarding the role of museums in an ever-changing cultural context. Museums tell stories- and we will be looking at case studies of Western museums which have been particularly successful in attracting visitors. Case studies will include the British Museum and Tate as examples of large-scale national museums, but we will also look at examples such as a Leonardo da Vinci exhibition in Nottingham Castle in 2017 to consider how smaller, regional museums can tell stories too!
