This course provides students with the most up-to-date information on the biology of aging and age-related diseases. The course covers theories of aging, molecular mechanisms of aging processes, animal models and perspectives to extend human longevity and health span. Students are encouraged to actively participate by asking questions and contributing to discussions of each topic.
