中文课程简介

本课程将围绕公共管理领域研究者和实践者关心的大问题展开。如何理解公共管理学中的私有化近些年在全球尤其是中国和美国有着重要的影响。例如，很多国家公共服务的提高越来越依靠公私合作伙伴关系来进行，而非传统的政府本身来提供。因此，本课程将讨论中美私有化过程中的问题。

This course will cover big issues on Privatization that researchers and practitioners in PA always talk about. How to understand privatization in Public Management has significant implications in the recent years around the world, especially in US and China. For example, delivering public services in many countries depends on the Public Private Partnership (Short for 3p) instead of the government itself. So this course will discuss privatization issues in America and China.
