电化学及电镀

中文课程简介

本課程將電化學的基本理論深入淺出地介紹, 並說明六大領域的應用。針對氧化還原、正負極於電解、電鍍與電池同異點作比較。進ㄧ步探討電化學與熱力學關係暸解電化反應電位與反應熱之連動性, 決定反應是否為自發。並將電極動力學之Butler-Volmer方程式導出Tafel方程式, 來分析電化學反應之化、可逆性。最後探討無電電鍍電鍍技術。很歡迎化學、電子、光電、機械及能源工程學生學習。


英文课程简介

This course systematically introduces the basic principles of electrochemistry and the six-field applications. The comparision of the same and differnet points explained between electrolysis, electroplating and battery. Furthermore, electrochemical thermodynamics discusses the relationship of chemical reaction heat and potential. Moreover, electrode kinetics derives the Butler-Volmer eq. to Tafel eq. which identifies the reversibility of electrochemical reaction.Last, the electroless plating and electroplating are discussed.Welcome students of schools of chemical, eletronic, electroptical and mechanic engineering and energy engineering.
