医学三维可视化分析基础及医用MIMICs软件实训(双语)

中文课程简介

本课程属于交叉学科,面向生物医学(工程类)、临床医学、影像学、康复医学、口腔医学等(医学类)以及从事医疗器械、生物力学等研究方向的本科生、研究生及相关从业人员。该课程从工程和医学融合的角度介绍力学、数字仿真(有限元分析等)、逆向工程和3D打印等技术在医学领域中的应用现状和前景,具体介绍各相关领域的基本概念和基础知识;介绍三维可视化技术在医学领域的融合现状和发展趋势。本课程以MIMICs软件为背景重点讲解人体三维重建核心技术—基于CT或MRI的人体三维重建思路、流程和方法;以所建三维模型为基础,介绍解剖测量、手术规划、术前数值仿真评估、快速原型(3D打印)等各模块的应用。该课程的核心宗旨是为工程和医学架起桥梁,为实现学科真正融合奠定基础。


英文课程简介

This course is an interdisciplinary course for undergraduates, postgraduates and relevant practitioners engaged in biomedical (engineering), clinical medicine, imaging, rehabilitation medicine, and stomatology (medicine), as well as medical devices and biomechanics. This course introduces the application status and prospect of mechanics, digital simulation (finite element analysis, etc.), reverse engineering, 3D printing and other technologies in the medical field from the perspective of engineering and medical integration, and specifically introduces the basic concepts and basic knowledge of various related fields. The present situation and development trend of 3d visualization technology in medical field are introduced. Taking MIMICs software as the background, this course focuses on the core technology of 3d reconstruction of human body -- the idea, process and method of 3d reconstruction of human body based on CT or MRI. Based on the established 3D model, this course further introduces the application of anatomic measurement, surgical planning, preoperative numerical simulation evaluation, rapid prototyping (3D printing) and other modules. The core purpose of the course is to bridge the gap between engineering and medicine and to lay the foundation for true integration of disciplines.
