中文课程简介

数控综合加工训练—抽油机模型制作，是以数控铣削加工零部件制作为主，钳工手工制作与装配为辅的模型制作课程。

课程主要涵盖：数控铣削典型零件编程加工、简单零件手工加工、齿轮的计算与加工、皮带轮的铣削加工、钳工钻、铰、攻丝、扳丝加工以及钳工装配等。

使用设备及主要工具：剪板机、数控铣床、钻床、手锯、锉刀等。

具体操作：学生分组，2-3人一组，参照抽油机模型独立完成制作。

英文课程简介

The course of NC integrated processing training for pumping unit model making, is mainly based on manufacture of NC milling parts and partly on fixter hand-making and assembly.

The main content of the course covers NC milling typical parts programming, simple parts manual processing, gear calculation and processing, belt wheel milling, benchwork drilling, hinge, tapping, wrench processing and benchwork assembly, and so on.

The equipment and main tools in the course include cutting machine, CNC milling machine, drilling machine, hand saw, file, and so on.

In the process of teaching, students are grouped into 2-3 persons.They independently completed the production with reference to the the pumping unit model.
