本课程针对广泛应用的胶水语言Python，讲授Python语言编程的基础语法，及其在科学计算和人工智能等方面的高级应用，促进学生掌握相关编程理论、培养利用程序解决问题的能力和素质具有重要的作用。课程以电力系统分析相关算法为样例，针对性地学习Python数据组织格式、可视化展示、程序设计规范等，使学生掌握利用Python解决实际问题的方法，并提高利用程序解决复杂问题的主动性，树立遵守软件社区规范意识，为后续学习和工作提供一把利剑。

英文课程简介

This course will introduce key points of Python programming and its applications in scientific computation and artificial intelligence. It plays a significant role in training students to master basic programming theory, and improve capability to solve problems with programming. As prerequisite, students learning this course should have basic skills of computer operating. After learning this course, students will be able to solve simple problems with Python, enhance their proactivity to solve complex problem with programming, and establish consciousness of abiding by rules of software community. It will provide a sharp tool for further study and works.
