育龄妇女的营养与健康状况直接关系到我国可持续发展所需后备人才的储备。初步调研发现：育龄妇女缺乏营养知识、膳食结构不合理；尤其是孕中晚期的妇女缺铁性贫血、妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压发病率较高。鉴于此， 本项目面向具备医学背景的本科生，通过系统理论教学，让学生以“母婴健康，营养先行”的形式走入平阴县农村地区主动参与到营养普及、优生优育宣教中去，充分体现教学、科研与服务地方相结合的特色。

英文课程简介

The nutritional status of childbearing age women including pregnant women and lactating mothers is directly related to the health of their offspring. In view of this, in order to comprehensively understand and evaluate the dietary structure and nutritional knowledge of Pingyin  childbearing agewomen, improve the nutritional status of  childbearing age women, and improve the level of prenatal and postnatal care, we launched this summer school project.This project is aimed at undergraduates with medical background. The project is affiliated to the cross-disciplinary team of reproductive health & maternal & child health of Public Health College of Shandong University .We has multi-disciplinary advantages which is covered with nutrition and food hygiene, environmental and labor hygiene, epidemiology, etc. It is convenient to guide the students to design the questionaire. Moreover, it has maintained a good cooperative relationship with Pingyin, which helps to organize on-site investigation.
