《性安全与生殖健康解读》课程的教学内容是：包括男女性生理和生殖医学基础、男女性心理以及性伦理三个方面。核心内容是：1、男女生殖器官结构(包括显微镜下形态结构）和功能要点；2、男生女生第二性征发展和性行为、性心理（包括青春期性冲动）与性别角色适应；3、恋爱与爱情三元素（斯滕伯格理论）以及生殖健康（受孕、怀孕、分娩）和紧急避孕方法；4、性安全与自我保护（女生防护意识、防护训练和防护技能）以及性病临床表现和防治；5、性伦理（性个人权利和的社会道德规范）与性法律。本课程课安排两次实验课，第一次实验课：活精子动态抑制实验观察；第二次实验课：胚胎早期发育形态学实验观察，均为动手操作动物实验。
本课程的理念是：“性”与生殖是自然现象，是与生俱来的，无善恶好坏之分；而“性”的社会规范是通过教育而实现的，不是天生具备的。教学的目的是要大学生通过学习达到加强自我修养，尊重生命，减少困惑。学会自我保护，逐渐形成健全的人格，以良好心理状态去适应社会，做一个合格的公民。所有在校大学生都可以选修。本课程撰写论文与平时作业成绩作为考核模式。
说明：本课程相关课程《大学生性健康修养》课程为2013年教育部批准的第四批中国大学精品视频公开课；2017年教育部批准为国家精品在线课程。

The content of the course 《Sexual security and reproductive health interpretation》is: Including three aspects of sexual physiology and reproductive medicine, sexual psychology and sexual ethics. The core content is: 1, male and female reproductive organ structure (including microscopic morphological structure) and functional; 2, male and female secondary sexual development and sexual behavior, sexual psychology(including adolescent sexual impulse) and gender role adaptation; 3, the three elements of love (Sitengboge theory) and reproductive health(pregnancy, pregnancy, childbirth) and emergency contraceptive methods; 4, sexual safety and self-protection(girls 'protection awareness, protection training and protection skills) and clinical manifestations and prevention of sexually transmitted diseases; 5, sexual ethics(sexual personal rights and social ethics) and sexual law.
