基因的改变与疾病的发生密切相关，基因检测是临床工作的重要组成部分。本课程立足于对学生进行操作能力和科研能力的培训，培养学生创新创业能力。项目由“基础知识讲解-实验实战培训-先进仪器操作使用和创新培育”等部分组成：

1.在趵突泉校区进行基因检测技术的理论授课和相关实验实战技术培训；

2.创新创业实践：利用山东大学淄博生物医药研究院基因与细胞技术中心平台进行先进仪器参观和使用培训，进一步分组进行创新实验的实践。

英文课程简介

Gene mutations play an important role in the development of human diseases. Therefore, the diagnosis of diseases and guidance of individualized treatment through genetic testing has become an important part of clinical work. The main purpose of this project is to train students in practical operation ability and scientific research ability, and at the same time broaden the students' thinking, so that students can understand the process of scientific research transformation and actual clinical application, and cultivate students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. The project consists of “Basic Knowledge Explained - Experimental Training - Advanced Instrument Operation and Innovation Cultivation”:

1. Theoretical teaching of genetic testing technology and related experimental practical training in the Baotu Spring Campus；

2. Innovative and entrepreneurial practice: use the platform of the Gene and Cell Technology Center of Zibo Biomedical Research Institute of Shandong University to conduct advanced instrument visit and use training, and further practice innovative experiment in group.
