中文课程简介

作为当前国际创新创业的最前沿领域，生物医药的与常见的互联网创业项目区别很大，具有专业性强、涉及知识产权和行业背景多等特点。因此生物医药类的创新创业，从估值模型到二级市场退出等方面，与传统互联网和电子信息类案例有很大的不同。在目前的创业创新的教学中，目前还没有专门针对于生物医药以及大健康相关学生的创业教学。本课程将从如何选择医药类创业项目、医药类创业团队的搭建、资本的融资、渠道的铺设等，结合实例、面向生物医药类的学生讲授创新创业实践知识。

英文课程简介

The startups of healthcare , medicine and pharmacy related fields are quite different from those of IT. However, previous courses about entrepreneur are mostly focused on the IT related cases. Although there is some intersections between IT and healthcare startup logics, the majority is still difference, from the model of evaluation to IPO strategy. As a conclusion, there is lack of courses about the entrepreneurship of healthcare, and this course want to make a brief introduction about how to start a project, how to organize a team, how to raise money and how to do healthcare realated marketing, etc. We believe learning in practice is one of the best teaching methods, so we will introduce more real worlds cases.
