课程基于学生素质拓展培养计划，致力于培养最优秀的本科生。为了提升学生干部的社会工作能力而开设的学生干部能力提升班。

学生干部培训课程包括思想政治教育、基本技能培训、综合能力培训、文明礼仪培训、考察调研等五个模块。通过理论知识、基本技能和实践教学的培训，提升学生社会工作的综合能力。

英文课程简介

The Training Course is offered to student cadres as a practice course in the curriculum frame of Quality Development Program with the objective to cultivate the best undergraduate. The primary aim of the course is to foster and improve the comprehensive social work abilities of the student cadres by theory learning, basic skill application and practical teaching. The course mainly includes five modules: ideological and political education, basic working skill training, comprehensive ability training, etiquette training, survey research, etc.
