中文课程简介

该课程主要内容包括：（1）法律思维：权利思维、程序思维、合法性思维；（2）法治思维：法治国家、法治政府、法治社会；（3）法律分析理论：实在法的分析与评价标准；（4）法律推理理论：法律发现与获取的推导模式、方法与准则；（5）事实推理理论：事实发现与认定的推论模式、方法与准则；（6）公民意识。（7）在此基础上，聘请几位老师和学生一同交流。

The main contents of the course include: (1) Legal thinking: rights thinking, procedural thinking, legitimacy thinking; (2) Rule of law thinking: state under the rule of law, government under the rule of law, society under the rule of law; (3) Theory of legal analysis: the analysis and evaluation criteria of the positive law; (4) Theory of legal reasoning: derivation patterns, methods and norms of legal discovery and acquisition; (5) Theory of factual reasoning: inference models, methods and norms of fact finding and identification; (6) Consciousness of citizenship. (7) In addition, we plan to invite several teachers to communicate with students.
