智能制造-自动化生产线的设计、搭建与控制

在“中国制造2025”的背景下,智能制造作为国内制造业发展的重要方向,近年来受到高校和社会的普遍关注。为了让同学们对先进技术加强认识,本项目针对智能制造系统的重要组成部分:基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的自动化生产线开展理论和实践教学。学生首先通过柔性装配线系统,进行现场认知,了解基于 PLC 的自动化生产线基本控制原理;然后,利用虚拟仿真技术, 在虚拟工厂环境下,根据工艺要求,完成自动化生产线的自主设计、 搭建和编程控制。


英文课程简介

Under the background of“Made in China 2025”, intelligent manufacturing, as an important direction for the development of manufacturing industry, has been widely concerned by universities and the society in recent years.in order to strengthen students' understanding of the advanced technology, this project, aims at the important component of intelligent manufacturing system: the automatic production line based on programmable logic controller (PLC), carries out the theoretical and practical teaching.Firstly,students can understand the basic control principle of the automatic production line based on PLC, by the flexible assembly system (FMS) .Then, using the virtual simulation technology, in the virtual factory environment, students can accomplish the design, construction and programming of automatic production line, according to the process requirements.
