中文课程简介

青山计划”项目针对校园学生组织和社团骨干成员开展，在各级各类学生组织中选拔一批品学兼优有广泛示范带动作用的优秀成员，开办学生骨干培训月，通过专题学习会、专项研讨会、主题讲座、实践教育基地参观、调研实践活动、高校走访活动等形式，以“政治学习—团队建设—素质培养”为主体，结合各级各类学生组织日常工作实际设计相关培训内容，全面提高各级各类学生组织骨干成员的理论素养、实践能力、综合素质，培养一批政治素养过硬、工作能力突出的骨干成员，促进学生组织更好地联系和服务广大同学，充分发挥思想引领作用，为校园文化建设、学生成长发展提供支持。

英文课程简介

“Castle peak plan”training is for student backbone of student unions and communities.We will choose outstanding students to join this program.The training program aims to improve students’ political awareness,team spirit and comprehensive quality through subject-based learning,seminar,research practice and university visiting.The close integration of daily work in this project will promote the development of student organizations and in the meantime accelerate ideological education, construction of campus culture and student development.
