依托山大北京校友会优质创新创业资源，整合教育培训领域经验丰富的成功创业者、优秀企业家、资深投资人和理论素养高深的高校专家、知名校友组成创业导师团，围绕教育培训类创业主题，设计教育培训行业创业专项。通过专题讲座、案例分析、专家座谈、经验交流、实地调研、创业实战等方式，增强学生对教育培训类创新创业过程的认识与理解，培养学员创业精神、创业素养、创业技能，并通过创业项目实战演练，切实提高学生创新创业素养，培养创新创业人才，为学生未来职业发展和创业之路奠定坚实基础。

英文课程简介

Relying on the high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial resources of Beijing Alumni Association of Shandong University, we integrate the successful entrepreneurs, outstanding entrepreneurs, senior investors, university experts with high theoretical literacy and well-known alumni in the field of education and training to form a group of entrepreneurship mentors, closely around the theme of entrepreneurship in education and training, and design entrepreneurship projects in education and training industry.

Through special lectures, case studies, expert discussions, experience exchanges, on-the-spot research and entrepreneurial practice, students' understanding of the process of innovation and entrepreneurship in education and training is enhanced, students' entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship literacy and entrepreneurial skills are trained, and students' innovative and entrepreneurial literacy is effectively improved, innovative and entrepreneurial talents are trained through practical training of entrepreneurship projects, so as to provide students with a better future.

Career development and entrepreneurship lay a solid foundation. It can also realize real entrepreneurship through the venture capital, entrepreneurship projects and entrepreneurship posts provided by alumni, solve employment problems and achieve the goal of "promoting employment through entrepreneurship".
