中文课程简介
本课程结合多维度身心健康理论(包括多种因素,如:压力,个性,人际关系以及社会环境等)讲解人类生命周期内影响健康的要素。本课程将介绍基于证据的治疗性和预防性的方案,进行相应的实践,以及诠释如何应对慢性心理问题(紧张、焦虑、抑郁等),促进身心健康。
英文课程简介
This course reviews theories of mind-body health and wellbeing, including examination of multidimensional factors (e.g. stress, personality, relationships, & social environment) influencing health across the lifespan. The course also introduces evidence-based, therapeutic and preventative practices for promoting health and managing chronic conditions, including meditation, yoga and other mind-body practices.
