中文课程简介

该课程的主旨在于介绍土耳其法律体系的基本原则，并以此为基础，一方面，探究土耳其的历史与文化如何塑造了土耳其的法律制度；另一方面，梳理土耳其宪法的历史发展轨迹，探究其宪法形成的过程如何塑造了土耳其现代国家。该课程将着重讨论民权法的基本框架，以及土耳其法制体系的其它重要组成部分，例如程序法和财产法。

英文课程简介

This course will introduce fundamental principles of the Turkish legal system and situates the analysis in Turkish historical and cultural contexts. The course will also discuss the historical trajectories of the Turkish Constitution, and how this process shaped the Turkish modern state. Finally, the course will examine several important parts of the Turkish legal system, including the framework of the Turkish Civil Law system, Turkish procedural law, and private property law.
