该课从生物质燃料品质和基础化学知识开始,逐步探讨不同类型转化技术,详细讲解热化学转化过程中的排放及减排控制。课程将结合讲座,研讨和小组工作进行。参与者将在一个小组内工作,开发一个计算工具,使用Excel进行燃烧锅炉系统的简单建模作为最终的考核。该工具可以接收给定的燃料特性数据来计算绝热反应温度,并根据空燃比计算烟气成分,以建立锅炉系统的质量和能量平衡。并能灵活运用模型工具,优化调整参数,来提升锅炉整体效率。
英文课程简介
The course will focus on the solid biomass for example forest woody biomass and agricultural biomass. We starts from fundamentals of fuel qualities and very basic chemistry, and steps into the overview of different types of technologies and processes based on some Nordic cases, ends at the environmental aspects of emission control and current research frontier within the field. Course will be organized with lectures, seminars, and group work. All participates will work within a group to develop and present a calculation tool by using Excel for a simple modeling of a combustion boiler system as the final exam. The tool could take in any given fuel quality data to calculate the adiabatic reaction temperature, and calculate the flue gas composition based on the air factor, to build up a mass and energy balance of a boiler system, to be able to adjust boiler efficiency by varying fuel quality and regulating air to fuel ratio, and to predict the ash melting behavior and corrosion risk according to the ash composition.
