With the arrival of global economic integration, cross-cultural human resource management is becoming more and more important to enterprises. The academic community has also paid great attention to this. In this course, professor Guan will combine management practices with the course, and systematically teach and discuss the meaning, characteristics, factors of culture, cultural dimension theory, cultural differences, cultural conflicts, and cultural integration.
