中文课程简介

该课程旨在探索组织和人力资源管理研究的一般规律，常松老师将结合他多年来从事组织行为和人力资源研究与担任学术期刊审稿人的经验，与大家一起探讨何为管理研究，为什么要做管理研究，管理研究应该怎么做等看似简单但却很少有人能真正回答的核心问题，对方法论基本问题、研究过程、理论建构、研究设计、资料收集、资料分析、研究评价进行系统性的教学。

This course aims to explore the general rules of organizational and human resource management research. Mr. Chang song will combine his experience in organizational behavior and human resources research and the review experience in academic journals to discuss what is management research, why to do management research, how to do management research, and other core questions seemingly simple but few people can really answer. He will systematically teach basic methodology, research process, theoretical construction, research design, data collection, data analysis and research evaluation.
