Manufacturing Process Technology课程是我院全英语课程建设中的一门课。该门课程是机械工程专业的一门综合性英语课程。主要介绍了制造过程的基本概念、理论、方法和应用，帮助学生建立一个通用的制造概念体系。课程的整体目标是通过学习本课程，让学生认识到制造工程及科技作为一门学科的重要性质。掌握工程材料和制造过程的基本概念和分析方法。应了解制造的基本理论、制造过程的应用、设备和制造的一般趋势。应培养制造业的英语沟通能力。

英文课程简介

Manufacturing Process Technology is a course in the construction of total English course in our school.This course is a total English course for mechanical engineering majors. It mainly introduces the basic concepts, theories, methods and applications of the manufacturing process, and helps students to establishe a general manufacturing conceptual system for the students.The overall objective of the course is that by learning this course, students will come to appreciate the vital nature of manufacturing engineering and technology as an academic subject. Basic concepts and analysis methods about engineering materials and manufacturing processes should be mastered. Basic manufacturing theories, applications of manufacturing process，equipments and general trends in manufacturing should be understood. English communication skills in manufacturing field should be developed.
