中文课程简介

本项目课程面向已完成生物化学、分子生物学课程学习，即将进入或已经进入专业学科学习的各层次医学生，以专题的形式，通过8个精选临床病例的诊疗过程，从生化与分子生物学的角度介绍该临床案例的发病机制和分子生物学技术在临床疾病诊断过程中的具体应用，以期给未来从事医学工作的医学生提供相应的基础知识，提高其对疾病分子机制的认识和分析能力、增强其在临床实践中灵活运用生化与分子生物学理论知识解决问题的能力。

英文课程简介

This course is designed for medical students who have completed biochemistry and molecular biology courses and who are about to enter or have already entered professional studies. Through the diagnosis and treatment process of eight selected clinical cases, the course introduces the pathogenesis of the clinical case from the perspective of biochemistry and molecular biology and the specific application of molecular biology technology in the diagnosis  of clinical diseases. The focus of this course is to provide medical students with corresponding basic knowledge, improve their ability to understand and analyze the molecular mechanism of the disease, and enhance their ability to flexibly use biochemical and molecular biology theoretical knowledge to solve problems in clinical practice.
