随着生活节奏的不断加快，心脏骤停的发生的越来越多、这些意外，很有可能哪天就发生在我们身边。因此，每一个个人都应该学习急救知识和技能。我国目前旁观者CPR实施率平均仅为4.5%，远远低于发达国家。因此面向在校大学生开展心肺复苏技术培训，掌握心肺复苏的抢救原则、规范操作技术、熟练抢救流程尤其重要。本课程通过课堂讲解、模型操作、情景模拟训练等教学过程，使学生能够掌握院外心肺复苏急救技术，进一步提升学生综合素质，强化完全意识。

As the rhythm of life continues to accelerate, the incidence of Sudden Cardiac Death is getting younger and younger, the death of young people is becoming more and more common. It may happen in our daily life, possibly in campus or in the lab, or even in our own home. Therefore, every citizen should learn first aid knowledge and skills. In China, there are as many as 550,000 sudden cardiac deaths each year, but the out-of-hospital survival rate is less than 1%. The average bystander's CPR As the pace of life continues to accelerate, the incidence of cardiac arrest is increasing, these accidents are likely to happen in our side one day.Therefore, every individual should learn first aid knowledge and skills.At present, the average rate of bystander CPR in China is only 4.5%, far lower than that in developed countries.Therefore, it is particularly important to train college students in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques, master the resuscitation principles, standardize the operating techniques, and become proficient in the resuscitation procedures.Through the teaching process of classroom explanation, model operation and scenario simulation training, this course enables students, especially non-medical students, to master out-of-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation first-aid technology, further improve students' comprehensive quality and strengthen their complete consciousness.
