本课程将向学生讲授临床医生病史采集的基本内容和规范,使学生了解医生在门诊都会问些什么,怎么问,通过理论知识讲授,临床医生与标准化病人的现场问诊示范,小组实景模拟演练等多种教学方法,让学生在临床技能中心的模拟门诊室内,体验患者就医情景,了解作为患者如何有效陈述病情,准确回答医生提问,从而掌握患者在门诊与医生沟通的技巧,实现与医生的高效沟通。

The process of seeing a doctor can divided into two steps: diagnosis and treatment. The doctors need to ask patients for diagnosis, physical examination, laboratory examination in order to make a clear diagnosis. They make a comprehensive judgment on these aspects of data to determine the treatment plan, such as outpatient treatment or inpatient treatment. The consultation and communication between doctors and patients is the first step to obtain the patient's disease information and understand the occurrence and development of the disease. Therefore, the quality of patients' answers to doctors' questions and statements directly determines the efficiency and quality of treatment. Facing the crowded out-patient population, the time for doctors to communicate with each patient is very limited. Efficient communication with doctors, concise and comprehensive description of medical history, accurate answer to doctors' questions, and provision of medical history data for doctors' diagnosis are what patients most want to do. How do you want to describe the history, how do you want to answer questions, what do you want to pay attention to, do you want to know? Our course will teach students the basic content and norms of clinical doctor history collection. The students can understand what doctors will ask in the outpatient and how to ask. The student could master the skills of communicating with doctors in the clinic.
