只有学生的体质也是一流的，一流的高校才能真正称得上一流！体育运动事关学生身心健康、人格养成，为配合好《山东大学关于强化群众体育全面提升学生体质健康水平的意见》文件实施，需要加强对学生科学运动与健康管理的教育。本项目主要内容包括：健康管理的影响因素、科学运动与压力管理、科学运动的原因、科学运动的益处、科学运动方式、常见科学运动方法、科学运动注意事项、健康管理模式。
