健康管理师交叉学科项目是集体育、预防医学、护理等学院各专业于一体的综合性交叉学科项目。通过健康管理师项目系统理论学习和操作技能练习及到健康企事业参观实习，使大学生全面了解影响健康的各种危险因素（不合理膳食、静坐生活方式、缺乏运动、吸烟、饮酒、心理障碍、熬夜、肥胖、高血压、高血糖、高血脂、年龄、性别、种族、家族遗传等）,实际掌握健康危险因素的综合评估和干预技能，全面丰富学生交叉学科创新创业实践水平。

The health administrator interdisciplinary project is a comprehensive interdisciplinary project which integrates physical education preventive medicine, nursing, and other specialties.Through systematic theoretical learning and operational skills training of the Health Manager project and visiting health enterprises , college students can fully understand the various risk factors affecting physical health (unreasonable diet, sedentary lifestyle, lack of exercise, smoking, drinking, etc.), master the comprehensive assessment and intervention skills of health risk factors, and the students's practical interdiscipline innovation and entrepreneurship levelwill be enriched.
